Welcome

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gloria Student portal. By accessing or using the portal, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account and Authentication

Students must register and authenticate using valid credentials. Access to profile and other protected pages requires a valid JWT issued by the backend. Do not share your account credentials with others to maintain the security of your academic data.

Note: The institution is not liable for data breaches caused by shared passwords.

2. Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information stored in your profile will be handled according to the institution's privacy policy. The application may call backend services to read and update profile data solely for educational purposes.

3. Deleting Your Account

If you choose to delete your account, the portal provides an option to permanently remove your user and associated student profile.

This action is irreversible and will result in the complete loss of access history.

4. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not use the portal for unlawful activities, attempt to breach security protocols, or harass other users.

5. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes will be communicated via notification.
